Refund Policy

  • Cancel 7 or more days before the course begins: Full refund, less a $3 service fee.
  • Cancel between 48 hours and 7 days before the course begins: 70% refund.
  • Cancel less than 48 hours before the course begins: No refund.
  • If you access the practice exam before cancelling (we can see you 👀), $10 will be deducted from your refund.
  • No refund will be provided once a printed booklet has been picked up or mailed.
